Neurodiversity-Aware Therapy™ Training for Counsellors
Neurodiversity-Aware Therapy™ (NAT) training is designed for counsellors who want to develop a neurodiversity-affirming approach to working with neurodivergent clients. This training focuses on understanding neurodivergence through a contextual and relational lens, and on adapting clinical practice to better support autistic adults, adults with ADHD, OCD, and/or Bipolar, and people experiencing other forms of neurodivergence.

Neurodiversity-Aware Therapy™ is not a single technique, but a framework that informs how therapy is understood and practiced. It emphasizes:
respect for neurodivergent identity
contextual and environmental understanding
flexibility in therapeutic process
alignment between client experience and therapeutic approach
Training Structure
Training is offered at an introductory level (Level 1), providing a foundation for understanding and beginning to apply Neurodiversity-Aware Therapy™ principles in practice. Additional levels build on this foundation and support deeper integration.
